ADAPTIVE HYROX

Our Adaptive HYROX Class brings the excitement and challenge of the global HYROX fitness format to everyone, regardless of ability. This session is designed for people who want to experience functional fitness and endurance training in an inclusive, supportive environment with adaptations to suit individual needs.

HYROX combines running (or alternative cardio) with functional workout stations to build strength, stamina and resilience. In our adaptive version, exercises are modified where needed — ensuring everyone can take part safely and confidently at their own pace.

Our qualified coaches will guide you through each element of the HYROX format, helping you develop technique, push your limits and experience the buzz of this unique style of training — while working alongside like-minded people in a motivating, team-spirited atmosphere.

BOXING FITNESS

EMPOWERHER

EmpowHER is a gym-based fitness programme designed exclusively for teenage girls aged 14–16. Created in response to local demand, it offers a safe, supportive, and female-only environment where young women can enjoy exercise, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits.

Led by qualified female personal trainers, sessions combine strength training, cardio, and fun challenges to help participants grow stronger, fitter, and more confident in using gym equipment. The focus is on progress, peer support, and enjoyment rather than competition or performance.

EmpowHER empowers participants to feel comfortable in the gym, improve their fitness knowledge, and connect with others in a welcoming community.

HYROX

Push your limits with our Hyrox-inspired functional fitness class – designed to test strength, speed, and endurance. This high-energy session combines running intervals with functional movements such as sled pushes, sled pulls, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, rowing, and more.

This tailored gym-based programme is designed to support women through peri- and menopause with safe, effective, and empowering exercise. Each session combines strength training and functional fitness to build muscle, protect bone health, improve balance, and boost energy for everyday life.

RUN CLUB
