For Paul Harris, joining Inclusive Fitness wasn’t about showing off — it was about showing up for himself. After more than six months of training, he’s made some impressive progress toward his goals: building muscle, increasing strength, and toning up.

“The Calisthenics are very tough,” Paul admits, “but they’ve been a great way to overcome initial physical challenges. Tom has a brilliant approach — he encourages and pushes you just the right amount.”
It’s not just the workouts that keep him coming back — it’s the atmosphere.
“All the staff are super friendly. It’s nice to come and chill, chat, and work out,” Paul says. “I like the fact it’s a small gym — but with a big heart.”
His favourite achievement so far?
“My shirts are getting tighter 😆.”
Paul’s advice for anyone considering a membership is simple:
“If you want a gym without all the posers — this is the gym for you.”
